The Online Tutor – Strategic Management and Leadership will be responsible for delivering engaging online lectures, assessing learner progress, and guiding students through real-world business strategy and leadership applications.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership and strategic planning experience who are passionate about teaching and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive online sessions for the Strategic Management and Leadership program.
  • Evaluate assignments, projects, and case studies based on academic and industry standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain academic integrity and quality assurance in course delivery.
  • Support students in applying leadership and strategic management principles to real-life scenarios.
  • Participate in assessment moderation and academic review activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Management, Leadership, or related discipline.
  • Master's degree (18 years of education) such as MBA, MSc Strategic Management, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional or teaching experience in strategic management, business leadership, or corporate planning.
  • Prior experience in online or blended learning environments will be an advantage.
  • Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams).
