The Role

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing print and digital marketing initiatives to promote multifamily properties and enhance brand visibility. This role involves designing marketing materials, developing strategies to attract and retain residents, and implementing campaigns across various channels. The Marketing Specialist collaborates with property management teams to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards.

What you will do:

• Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital assets for property listings.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
• Collaborate with property managers to create targeted marketing strategies that drive leasing and resident engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms to optimize results.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., graphic designers, photographers, printers) to produce marketing assets.
• Support event planning and execution for property tours, open houses, and community engagement activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to inform campaign development.

You should apply if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics is mandatory.
