Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans of Urdu as subject in accordance with curriculum standards.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods and techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Conduct experiments and demonstrations to enhance understanding of language concepts.
  • Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and other forms of evaluation.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate interdisciplinary concepts into the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • 2-3 years previous experience teaching Urdu at the middle or secondary level preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic success.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time
