About the Role

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join their FMCG team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building brands, driving consumer engagement, and contributing to impactful marketing strategies in a highly competitive market.

As Assistant Brand Manager, you will work closely with the Brand Manager to execute marketing plans, analyze market trends, and ensure strong brand visibility that resonates with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, trade, and ATL/BTL channels.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, supply chain, design agencies) for brand activation and product launches.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics (market share, sales, ROI, consumer feedback).
  • Support packaging development, product innovation, and brand communication initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG (internships may also be considered).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
