About the Role:
Dynamics Solution and Technology, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for a
full-time Sales & Business Development Associate
to support our business expansion efforts. This is a dynamic role offering direct involvement in lead generation, enterprise sales engagement, and client communication within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and market opportunities
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups
- Maintain up-to-date records in
Dynamics 365 CRM - Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demos, and discovery calls
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research
- Attend client meetings (on-site or in-office) and document key insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
