About the Role:

Dynamics Solution and Technology, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for a
full-time Sales & Business Development Associate
to support our business expansion efforts. This is a dynamic role offering direct involvement in lead generation, enterprise sales engagement, and client communication within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and market opportunities
  • Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups
  • Maintain up-to-date records in
    Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demos, and discovery calls
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research
  • Attend client meetings (on-site or in-office) and document key insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Passion for sales, client relationships, and business growth
