Cashier Cum Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash transactions and petty cash at the factory site
• Record and track all factory-related expenses (eg: raw materials, transport, labor)
• Maintain accurate cashbooks, expense reports, and ledgers
• Coordinate in salaries processing
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly cash reports to head office
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure proper documentation
• Monitor and control inventory-related expenses
• Ensure safe cash handling and maintain accountability
• Support monthly closing and audits when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment)
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Trustworthy with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
