Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing initiatives and business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and ensuring brand visibility across all platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including digital, social media, and offline activities.

  • Support in creating promotional materials, content, and brand communication.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Contribute to event planning, product launches, and brand activation activities.

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and campaign execution.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.

  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
