Limousine Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the limousine dispatch to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Monitor and coordinate schedules, routes, and driver assignments to optimize efficiency and meet client needs.
• Handle client inquiries, booking confirmations, and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Support dispatch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Utilize dispatch software effectively to manage trip details, updates, and overall fleet management.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on operational performance to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the limousine industry, with at least 1.5 years in dispatch.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage schedules and handle client interactions.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and other relevant tools used in the limousine industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
