RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Serve as the main point of contact for artists, addressing all queries and concerns related to live events, concerts, advertisements, campaigns, and more.


• Engage with artists regularly to understand their needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to their professional journey.


• Represent artists in contract negotiations with clients, agencies, and other stakeholders, securing terms that align with artists' interests and provide favorable conditions.


• Maintain clear and consistent communication with artists and their teams, particularly during discussions around potential deals with clients and partners.


• Oversee financial aspects of artists' careers, including budgeting, financial planning, and tracking monthly income to ensure accurate compensation.


• Actively identify and pitch new opportunities for artists, including brand collaborations and strategic partnerships that align with their vision.


• Develop and present compelling pitches to potential collaborators, aiming to secure engagements that support artists' career objectives.


• Manage on-ground logistics for events, concerts, and other projects, coordinating travel, accommodation, and necessary arrangements to ensure smooth execution.


• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry professionals, acting as a bridge between artists and external partners to facilitate positive, productive collaborations.


• Design and implement marketing strategies to promote artists and their work, leveraging social media, traditional media, and other channels to boost visibility.


• Collaborate with artists on long-term career planning, offering guidance on professional development, portfolio enhancement, and strategic growth.Utilize various channels, including social media and traditional media, to increase artists' visibility.

REQUIREMENTS:


• Proven work experience of 3-5 years in Music & Entertainment industry


• Bachelors/ Masters in Marketing/ PR or relevant field


• Strong passion for music and culture


• Collaborative and work well in team-based environments


• Strong comfort and familiarity with relevant social media platforms


• Detail oriented and methodical person who understands and appreciates the relationship between the details of a task and their effect on an outcome


• Ready to work in a fast-paced work environment that has a level of urgency to it


• Experience with artists and/or songwriters of some kind in the music industry
