We're scaling quickly and looking for a Marketing Specialist who brings energy, creativity, and strong execution skills. Someone who can take ideas from concept to delivery and manage multiple moving parts across brands.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Podcast Management

You'll fully own the podcast production cycle.

  • Plan episode topics, guest lineup, and briefing notes
  • Coordinate schedules with guests and hosts
  • Handle recording logistics and studio setup
  • Review and quality-check all audio and video
  • Work closely with editors to ensure all episodes and shorts are polished
  • Schedule and post shorts across all platforms with proper hooks and captions
  • Upload full episodes to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and more

2. Content Creation and Coordination

You'll help build the creative engine that powers our brands.

  • Write scripts, captions, and platform-specific messaging
  • Develop engaging content for all social media and brand channels
  • Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, and videographers
  • Ensure consistent branding across all content

3. Lead Generation and Funnel Support

You'll support the growth engine behind our companies.

  • Build and optimize lead gen workflows (Stan Store and GHL)
  • Manage CRM entries and pipeline stages inside Go High Level
  • Assist in creating landing pages and opt-in funnels
  • Drive traffic from social platforms to long-form YouTube and TUF landing pages
  • Track and report on weekly and monthly lead quality, conversions, and ROI
  • Collaborate with EA and HQ for lead handover and follow-up
  • Build automations and own the entire leads funnel beyond HQ touchpoints

4. Stakeholder Coordination

You'll be the glue across teams and partners.

  • Align marketing strategies with CEO, EA, Creative, and Sales
  • Coordinate with podcast guests, influencers, and brand partners
  • Drive sponsorships for the show and secure paid brand deals
  • Ensure affiliate links are added to all episodes and track CTR and payouts
  • Support events, shoots, and recording sessions

5. Social Media & Platform Ownership

You will directly own and grow the following platforms:

For HQ (main brand):

LinkedIn

Instagram

YouTube

TikTok

Snapchat

Spotify

Apple Podcasts

For business pages (Food2Fertilizer and Real Estate arm):

LinkedIn

Instagram

Any other platform suitable for the brand

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in social media, content creation, and digital funnels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Hands-on with GHL, Stan Store, or similar tools (bonus but not mandatory)
  • Reliable, organized, and obsessed with quality
