We are looking for a versatile and skilled
UI/UX Designer and Developer
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and development, with the ability to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of designing and implementing digital products, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. UI/UX Design:

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
  4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
  5. Develop design systems and component libraries for consistency across products.
  6. Implement responsive and interactive UIs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  7. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  8. Troubleshoot and debug UI issues across various browsers and devices.

  9. Collaboration:

  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.

  11. Communicate design ideas and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  12. Participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.

  13. Stay Updated:

  14. Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and development frameworks.

  15. Continuously improve skills in both UI/UX design and front-end development.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Graphic Design, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
