Job Overview:

As a Lead - Billing Enablement, you will focus on optimizing and supporting billing processes and systems. You will lead initiatives to enhance billing efficiency, coordinate with IT and other departments, and troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate and compliant billing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Enablement team, ensuring the exemplary execution of support functions.
  • Assess and analyze team performance and process efficiency, pinpointing and addressing areas for growth and refinement.
  • Mentor and guide team members, elevating their proficiency across enablement disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain stringent accuracy and quality standards in all enablement-related tasks.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the enablement workflow.
  • Administer equitable distribution of tasks and oversee adherence to deadlines within the team.
  • Escalate complex enablement issues to upper management for swift resolution.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and sustained enhancement, promoting the sharing of insights and ongoing process betterment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Above
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in US Medical Billing or Billing Enablement role.
  • Good understanding of full life cycle revenue cycle management.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage multi-disciplined projects. Up-to-date knowledge of reimbursement regulations and compliance issues of third-party payers (Insurance companies).
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians, managers, customers and external groups.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement along with the skills of planning and implementation of these solutions.
  • Ability to drive product innovation and improvements.
