Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring all visitors and clients experience excellent customer service while managing administrative and clerical duties efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Should be Well-groomed and professional appearance at all times to create a positive first impression.
  • Exhibit a friendly, confident, and approachable personality at all times.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Administer all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows in line with company policy.
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide secretarial services as required.
  • Organize and maintain files in proper order and keep data orientation up to date.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Comfortably multitask and prioritize responsibilities without guidance.
  • Perform any other tasks entrusted by the management from time to time.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 03 year of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or Intermediate
  • Professional, Confident and presentable personality
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Strong phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in receptionist duties and clerical tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
