Job Opportunity – Coordinator & Lecturer (Computing & IT)

TMUC H-11/4 Islamabad & TMUC Bahria Springs, Rawalpindi

We are hiring Coordinator & Lecturer – Computing & IT for our Islamabad (H-11/4) and Rawalpindi (Bahria Springs) campuses.

Education Requirements

  • MS/MPhil in:
  • Computer Sciences
  • Software Engineering
  • Artificial Intelligence & Data Sciences
  • Cyber Security

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of relevant professional and/or academic experience

Job Description

Teaching Responsibilities

  • Teaching two to three complete subjects.
  • Delivering lectures and tutorial classes.
  • Maintaining subject/course files and academic records.
  • Preparing timetables, academic planners, essential readings, and ensuring availability on the VLE.
  • Preparing Lesson Plans/Schemes of Work aligned with current programme requirements.
  • Uploading and updating all academic collateral on the TMUC Digital Repository (VLE) after each class.

Academic Management & Coordination

7. Securing student admissions and contributing toward enrolment growth; supporting conversions to top-up/progression degrees.

8. Planning curricular and co-curricular engagement activities and ensuring strong student feedback.

9. Academic course coverage, syllabus monitoring, and overall programme management.

10. Monitoring faculty performance through observations, CM&E sheets, and departmental meetings.

11. Conducting bi-monthly faculty meetings and maintaining minutes on VLE.

12. Submitting Monthly Programme Monitoring Reports (MPMRs) by the 1st of every academic month.

13. Tracking student progress and implementing intervention strategies where needed.

14. Participating actively in Assessment Boards, Course Boards, and Internal Verification activities.

15. Ensuring accurate assessment decisions, exam registrations, and assignment IV processes.

16. Encouraging student feedback through QAAC surveys (Feb/Mar & Oct/Nov).

17. Conducting Parent/Guardian meetings after mock exams (where applicable).

18. Arranging after-class academic support sessions when required.

19. Promoting academic honesty and supporting study skills sessions (plagiarism, referencing, academic writing).

20. Ensuring smooth induction planning and delivery for new learners.

Administrative & Compliance Tasks

21. Preparing a Master Excel sheet covering lesson plans, enrolment records, and result analysis.

22. Completing and maintaining student registration records on partner portals; supporting audits and exit award claims.

23. Updating faculty teaching profiles regularly.

24. Ensuring latest academic management/guidance documents from partner portals are available and implemented.

25. Monitoring student attendance and ensuring timely updates on VLE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs150,000.00 per month
