We are hiring a "Video Editor (AI + Creative)" for a US based client planning on opening their office in Lahore.

Our client is a cybersecurity service provider for the US market, experiencing 100% year-over-year growth for the past four years. With a negligible churn rate and vast market potential, they are poised for continued expansion and innovation in the mobile security space.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into sharp, engaging, story driven videos for social and paid channels. You will use modern AI tools for editing, animation, captioning, and visual generation to deliver high impact content with fast turnaround. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity, speed, and technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit videos for social, ads, and YouTube, including short form content (15 to 60 seconds) and long form pieces
  • Use AI tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or Sora to enhance creative output
  • Add motion graphics, captions, animations, and sound design to improve engagement
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead to translate hooks, scripts, and storyboards into final assets
  • Maintain an organized video asset library and ensure consistent brand look and feel
  • Experiment with AI video generation and automation tools to improve workflow speed
  • Stay updated on trends in storytelling, UGC formats, and AI based editing techniques

Ideal Background

  • 3 to 6 years of professional video editing experience (agency or fast paced startup preferred)
  • Strong command of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Hands on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to create high performing ad creatives and social content
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver fast, high quality edits

Success Metrics

  • Weekly output of polished video assets that meet creative and brand standards
  • Growth in engagement metrics such as views, watch time, and click through rate
  • Number of AI based workflows implemented to improve production time
  • Contribution to winning ad creatives in performance campaigns
