We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Data & Insights to join our team in Islamabad.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help shape 's growth strategy as well as enhance our digital services with telecom partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Technology to deliver actionable insights that improve decision-making and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data-sets related to user behavior, content performance, revenue, and telecom partnerships.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, product usage, and business performance across and partner platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights to support user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for management.
  • Support decision-making with ad-hoc analysis and business case development.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in both the digital entertainment and telecom domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis.
  • Exposure to telecom industry, value-added services (VAS), or digital platforms will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
