We provide accurate, detailed, and timely Quantity Takeoff and Cost Estimation services across both General Construction (GC) and MEP trades. Covering all CSI divisions, our services support every phase of your project, whether residential or commercial.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller, located in Lahore. The Cold Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone to introduce and promote our construction estimation services. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, maintaining call records, following up with potential clients, and working closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met. The role also involves providing product knowledge and addressing client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Competency in maintaining detailed call records and following up with clients
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • US timings
