Job Overview

We are hiring a Deputy Manager – Consolidation & Reporting with strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, ERP systems, and IFRS compliance. This role is ideal for a seasoned CA (Finalist or Qualified) professional with extensive post-articleship experience in large organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare trial balance and manage monthly and periodic financial closing
  • Consolidate financial statements and field trial balances in line with IFRS / IAS
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
  • Manage and supervise General Ledger (GL) activities in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Establish, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures
  • Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, including creditors ledgers
  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare periodic reports for MoE (PD), PPMC, and senior management
  • Supervise reconciliation of free electricity accounts with WAPDA, NTDC, and DISCOs
  • Support the CFO with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • CA Finalist or Qualified (ICAP or equivalent) – Articleship completed
  • Minimum 10 years of post-articleship experience
  • Articleship from Big‑4 firms preferred
  • Experience in large organizations (PKR 5+ billion turnover or public sector entities)
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP), advanced Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS / IAS / Accounting Standards
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Languages: Urdu & English
