We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with strong communication and sales-oriented traits to strengthen our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, engaging with audiences, generating leads through digital channels, and contributing to the overall marketing and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and conversion-focused content.
  • Actively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media trends, competitors, and customer behavior to recommend effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Support sales by creating content that attracts leads and drives customer engagement.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum A-Level / Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Media.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in social media management, with exposure to sales or lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and chat support systems.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
