Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Artist / Multimedia Designer to join our Performance Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing designs. This role involves designing banners for Google and social ads and producing animated videos for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Produce a wide range of creative banners, animation and motion content for social media ads and Google Ads campaigns.

● Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and meet quality standards.

● Create engaging animated videos for Google and social ads.

● Maintain high-quality standards for all animations and visual content.

● Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and other team members to develop creative concepts.

● Provide design support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

● Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, needs to have 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs and animated videos.

● Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier (advanced), After Effects and Final Cut Pro.

● Experience in creating banners and animated videos for digital ads.

● Provide art direction, brand stewardship, and hands-on design and animation for projects.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs Rs250.00 per month
