Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

Gensols Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to leverage their network and expertise to drive new business growth without a cap on earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
     Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the IT services and technology sector through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:
     Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and positioning Gensols' services as the ideal solution.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
     Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market Research:
     Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our services.
  • Collaboration:
     Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project handoffs.
  • Reporting:
     Maintain a clear pipeline of leads and report on sales activities and progress regularly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the IT services or SaaS industry.
  • A strong, existing professional network is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set your own schedule, and be self-motivated.
  • Understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with a highly competitive commission structure. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, offering a rewarding opportunity for high-achievers.
