Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Lahore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional duties include inventory management, handling returns and exchanges, and meeting sales targets. The role also encompasses helping to create visually appealing displays and providing feedback for product improvements.

  • Customer service and sales skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and handle transactions
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and product management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
  • Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is desirable
