Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for an Appointment Setter (Cold Caller). The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments and managing appointment schedules, generating leads, and providing excellent communication and customer service. The day-to-day tasks also include making cold calls to potential customers to introduce our services and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
