We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or refer to the appropriate person
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
