The Role:

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on
VP of Sales / Head of Business Development
to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll own the sales pipeline, reach out to early-stage cybersecurity founders, MSSPs, and enterprises, and help shape WhyCrew's go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and engage early-stage cybersecurity founders, MSSPs, and enterprise prospects
  • Build and manage a predictable
    sales pipeline
  • Lead discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals
  • Collaborate with the CEO and technical team to align offerings with client needs
  • Help define sales strategy, processes, and pricing

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in
    B2B sales / business development
    , preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Strong network in cybersecurity startups or MSSPs is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Startup-ready: autonomous, strategic, and execution-focused
