The Role:
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on
VP of Sales / Head of Business Development
to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll own the sales pipeline, reach out to early-stage cybersecurity founders, MSSPs, and enterprises, and help shape WhyCrew's go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and engage early-stage cybersecurity founders, MSSPs, and enterprise prospects
- Build and manage a predictable
sales pipeline - Lead discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals
- Collaborate with the CEO and technical team to align offerings with client needs
- Help define sales strategy, processes, and pricing
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in
B2B sales / business development
, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS - Strong network in cybersecurity startups or MSSPs is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Startup-ready: autonomous, strategic, and execution-focused
