About the Role

Sprint Digital is seeking a
Creative Strategist Intern
to join our fast-paced, creative agency team. This role blends strategic thinking with creative execution — perfect for someone who's obsessed with brands, culture, and content that drives impact. You'll work alongside our strategy and creative teams to develop ideas, campaigns, and insights that push brands forward across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing
    creative strategies
    for brands across social, digital, and performance channels.
  • Conduct
    research on markets, audiences, and competitors
    to inform creative direction.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Support in crafting
    brand narratives, campaign decks, and creative briefs
    .
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and help shape
    concepts for digital storytelling
    .
  • Track campaign performance and gather insights for future recommendations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Design
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English required).
  • Strong research, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends is a plus.
  • Prior agency exposure or project-based experience is an advantage.
