We are looking for a proactive and experienced Procurement Officer with a background in construction and in-depth knowledge of the Lahore suppliers and market. This role involves sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services from local Lahore suppliers
• Identify reliable vendors, negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Coordinate closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of key construction materials
• Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and reports
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Lahore's construction material suppliers and markets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement tools/software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on mid to large-scale construction projects in Lahore or surrounding areas
• Familiarity with local compliance and documentation practices
• Professional certification in procurement/supply chain is a plus

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
