Key Responsibilities

  • Make
    outbound sales calls
    to targeted prospects, including real estate agents, investors, and brokerages.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and interest in our real estate support services.
  • Present and explain our services
  • Build rapport and handle objections confidently to create interest in our services.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the closing team.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in
    sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
    (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, clear voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust over the phone.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and qualify leads effectively.
