Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Ziara, Pakistan's first B2C Umrah booking platform. The Sales Executive will play a key role in managing client bookings, expanding our B2B relationships with travel agents, and ensuring seamless sales operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion

Key Responsibilities


• Manage Bookings: Handle customer inquiries and process bookings across Ziara's platform.


• B2B Outreach: Approach and onboard travel agents to promote Ziara's B2B model and build long-term partnerships.


• Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and share invoices with clients and agents, ensuring timely follow-ups on payments.


• Customer Support: Assist clients with package customization, queries, and issue resolution in coordination with the operations team.


• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, vendors, and customers.


• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Upto 3 years of experience in sales (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred).


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
