Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi Division for the Head of International Tours. The Head of International Tours will oversee the development and management of international travel packages, coordinate with global travel partners, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, managing the tour team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve business growth. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with all international travel regulations and maintaining customer satisfaction through personalized services.

  • Expertise in travel planning, itinerary development, and destination management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of market research, vendor negotiations, and business strategy
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and tools
  • Understanding of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and permit processes
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the travel or tourism industry
