to join our team in a
full-time, on-site night shift role (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Required Technical Skills

Core .NET Technologies:

  • Extensive experience with .NET Framework 4.x and .NET Core/.NET 5+
  • Proficiency in C# with a deep understanding of language features and best practices
  • ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and ASP.NET Core development
  • Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core
  • LINQ for data querying and manipulation

Database & Performance:

  • Strong SQL Server skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and functions
  • Database optimization techniques (indexing, query optimization, execution plans)
  • Experience with database design and normalization
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting

Web Technologies & Deployment:

  • IIS configuration, deployment, and management
  • Understanding of application pools, security, and SSL configuration

Architecture & Design:

  • Solid understanding of design patterns (Repository, Factory, Singleton, Observer, etc.)
  • Microservices architecture design and implementation
  • API design principles and RESTful services
  • Domain-driven design (DDD) concepts
  • SOLID principles and clean code practices

Advanced Skills Expected at This Level

DevOps & CI/CD:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-native development

Testing & Quality:

  • Unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest)
  • Test-driven development (TDD) practices
  • Integration and end-to-end testing
  • Code review processes and quality gates

Frontend Integration:

  • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or )
  • AJAX and asynchronous programming patterns

Additional Technologies:

  • Message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
  • Caching strategies (Redis, In-Memory caching)
  • Logging frameworks (NLog, Serilog)
  • OAuth, JWT, and security best practices

  • Mentoring junior developers and code review leadership
  • Architecture decision-making and technical documentation
  • Estimation and project planning capabilities
  • Cross-team collaboration and stakeholder communication

  • Debugging complex issues across multiple layers
  • Performance bottleneck identification and resolution
  • System integration troubleshooting
  • Scalability and reliability considerations

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of complex applications and features
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on technical requirements
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks
