Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in Lahore with some work-from-home opportunities. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily customer service interactions, managing sales activities, training new sales staff, overseeing sales management tasks, and fostering strong communication with clients. The role requires a proactive approach to developing sales strategies and meeting targets to ensure company growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for new sales staff
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
