he Role:
We are looking for a
Senior Python Engineer
to join our engineering team and play a key role in building scalable backend systems that power AI-driven products. You will work at the intersection of Generative AI models and backend development — supporting everything from model integration to building robust APIs, pipelines, and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in Python and backend architecture, along with hands-on experience in deploying and managing generative AI models in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services to support AI applications.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to integrate models into production systems.
  • Build scalable and efficient RESTful APIs and microservices to expose AI functionalities.
  • Manage data pipelines for training, inference, logging, and monitoring.
  • Implement model serving solutions using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability of AI-backed services.
  • Handle deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) to manage compute, storage, and networking for AI workloads.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience having the following skill set:

  • Strong programming skills in Python. Extensive experience in back-end development Python frameworks (i.e., FAST API, Flask, Django) is a must.
  • Strong Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching, and message queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Experience with model serving, APIs, and backend architecture.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with Lang-chain, RAG pipeline, Vector Database and open source LLMs Model and their applications.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like Tensor-flow/PyTorch
  • Experience with common data science libraries like NumPy, pandas and Scikit learn.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent team play.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. The candidates currently pursuing part-time master's degree in data science can also apply.
