Ayra Engineering Consultant is seeking an experienced and passionate
Revit MEP Trainer
to join our team and provide specialized training on Revit MEP tools and techniques. As a Revit MEP Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and effective training sessions tailored to our team's needs. You will work closely with our engineers and designers to ensure they acquire the knowledge and skills required to efficiently utilize Revit MEP in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver custom Revit MEP training programs for engineering and design teams.
  • Provide hands-on training in Revit MEP focusing on RWP (Revit Workflow Process) and ISLD (Intelligent Systems Layout Design).
  • Create learning materials, tutorials, and practice exercises to enhance understanding of Revit MEP features.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for integrating Revit MEP in real-world projects.
  • Assess the progress of team members and offer personalized support to improve their skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges during training sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Revit MEP features and industry developments to ensure the training remains current.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience
    in Revit MEP software, with a deep understanding of the RWP and ISLD modules.
  • Experience in delivering Revit MEP training to engineers and design professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within the Revit MEP environment.
  • Certification
    in Revit MEP or equivalent training certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations in MEP design.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent organizational skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to create customized training materials and resources.
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and standards.
  • Experience with project-based training delivery.
  • Ability to assess team proficiency and adjust the training content accordingly.
