Logistics Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Specialist role based in Faisalabad. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, managing logistics processes, coordinating exports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving customer inquiries, analyzing logistics data, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Export processes for smooth and compliant operations
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and improve logistics workflows, identify inefficiencies, and solve problems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to international trade is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
