We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our mission.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for potential and current students and their families. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a deep understanding of the services we provide. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting students in their Quranic education journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about our Quran teaching services.
- Enrollment Assistance: Guide students and their families through the enrollment process, helping them select appropriate courses and scheduling classes.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns students or their families may have, ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with students to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
- Scheduling: Assist in coordinating class schedules between students and teachers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from students and families to help improve our services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrollment details, and feedback in our customer management system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the teaching staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
- Promotion: Inform potential customers about any special offers, promotions, or new courses available.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an educational or religious setting.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of Quranic teachings and Islamic practices.
- Language: Fluency in [Language(s)], with proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage.

Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month
