Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our Client Trust Accounting operations. This role involves handling accounting and clerical tasks to ensure accurate maintenance of client trust accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client trust accounts and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and send client remittance reports.
  • Enter and reconcile payments in NetSuite.
  • Issue invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
  • Support the Accounting Department with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or a similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite experience a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Timing:
8pm to 5am (Night Shift)
