About Role:

This role blends technical expertise, project leadership, and a strong sales mindset ideal for someone who can manage clients, align technical delivery with business goals, and confidently pitch solutions when needed. You'll collaborate with clients, developers, to ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.

Timings:

  • Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM (WFH)

Location:
Ghori Town Phase 5, Islamabad

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification(s)

Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a
plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from client onboarding and requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, efficient execution, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams for solution scoping, estimations, and resource planning.
  • Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for smoother project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance dashboards in tools such as Notion, Jira, or Trello.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to internal process and product improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a technical project management role ideally within a software consultancy or product development team.
  • Fluency in  English communication
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during project execution.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise scale projects on time and within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and solution architecture.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills able to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.
  • Strong documentation, estimation, and time management capabilities.

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, MS Office).
