We are expanding our team and looking for a
Mobile App Performance & Customer Segmentation Analyst
. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp analytical mindset, deep experience in app performance monitoring, and a passion for improving customer journeys.

Role Overview

As our Mobile App Performance & Customer Segmentation Analyst, you will track, measure, and optimize the end-to-end performance of our mobile application. You will be responsible for creating and monitoring daily performance metrics, analyzing customer journeys, and working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance user experience. This role also requires strong expertise in managing analytics platforms such as Firebase, UXCam, and Google Analytics to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define, track, and monitor daily performance KPIs for the mobile app.
• Create detailed, use-case specific reports to evaluate feature usage and adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and friction points through quantitative and qualitative data.
• Present weekly and monthly insights with clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate customer journeys to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate performance and behavior data into actionable UX recommendations.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve app responsiveness, usability, and retention.
• Implement, manage, and optimize Firebase, UXCam, GA4 events, funnels, and segmentation strategies.
• Conduct behavioral segmentation to create user cohorts for marketing and product experiments.
• Run A/B tests and conversion analysis to validate product decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Product Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in mobile app analytics, product performance tracking, or UX analytics.
• Deep knowledge of Firebase, GA4, UXCam, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong data interpretation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping skills.
• Ability to present technical data in a concise, business-friendly way to executives.
• Customer-first mindset with an obsession for user experience quality.
• Familiarity with crash reporting, performance monitoring, and mobile testing frameworks.
• Background in product management or user research.
• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) metrics and performance monitoring.
• (Nice-to-Have) Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or Looker Studio.
