Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Understanding project requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Proposing UI/UX solutions that align with business goals.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Iterating on designs based on feedback.
  • Maintaining consistency in visual design and interaction patterns.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc.).
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze user needs.
  • Ability to quickly grasp requirements and adapt to project needs.
  • Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
  • Experience of handling a fast paced environment.

Good to have skills:

  • Knowledge of relevant design fields (Graphic design, motion graphics etc)
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
