We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
LinkedIn Sourcer Intern
to join our recruitment team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in
recruiting and talent sourcing
. You'll learn how to identify and engage top professionals on LinkedIn and support the recruitment team in building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates using
  LinkedIn
  and other platforms.
• Learn and apply
  Boolean search techniques
  to identify qualified candidates.
• Review candidate profiles and resumes to assess skills and experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases or tracking sheets.
• Help create and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates.
• Support the recruitment team in various administrative and sourcing-related tasks.
• Stay up to date with
  current hiring trends and sourcing strategies
  .

Requirements

• Basic understanding of
  LinkedIn
  and how to search for professionals.
• Strong interest in
  recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
  .
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines.
• 6 months of experience
  in sourcing, recruiting, or any administrative role is
  preferred
  , but not required.
