Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gujranwala. The positions are for Education Counsellors, IELTS Trainers, and Receptionists. The day-to-day tasks include providing educational consulting, student counselling, and career counselling. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with students and handling administrative duties at the front desk.

1. Receptionists (2 positions)

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk operations.
• Maintain records and appointment schedules.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

2. Education Counsellors (5 positions)

• Guide students on international education opportunities.
• Provide counselling on course selection, university applications, and visa processes.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and problem-solving skills required.

3. IELTS Trainers (2 positions)

• Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
• Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests.
• Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Must have strong English language skills and teaching experience.
