Position Overview:

The role supports the
Head of ERM & Operations Support
in implementing and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization. It involves reviewing risk data, conducting compliance checks, and escalating significant risks to leadership. The position also supports project management processes, digital tools (SAP, ProAACT, Primavera, Power BI), and contributes to reporting, proposal reviews, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • :Support the Head of ERM & Ops in updating and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
  • .Assist divisions and corporate functions in applying ERM and ensure timely submission of risk data
  • .Review and analyze risk information to identify emerging or significant risks and escalate when needed
  • .Conduct compliance checks and audits to verify proper ERM implementation and highlight improvement areas
  • .Provide system and analytical support on
    SAP, ProAACT, Primavera, BI/BW, and Power B
    I for reporting and reviews
  • .Analyze PMC reports, risk registers, and COPQ to prepare insights for corporate and board reviews
  • .Contribute to project management SOP improvements, proposal reviews, and new operational initiatives
  • .Spearhead development/administration of ProAACT and support continuous improvement in planning, monitoring, and risk management
