Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead project coordination for Recruiter teams. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in project management and in end to end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, translating their vision for SEO, social media, PPC ads, and web development into actionable plans.
  • Coordinate communication and project progress using tools like Microsoft Team, Zoom and Google Meet for seamless team collaboration.
  • Manage email, documentation, and project reporting with excellent organizational skills.
  • Lead monthly reporting to clients with clear insights and actionable results.
  • Provide regular project updates to the CEO, addressing challenges and reporting successes.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience within a digital marketing setting.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Team, and strong email/documentation management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to clients effectively.
  • Solid understanding of end to end recruitment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt quickly to new strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong communication and project management skills with IT background. Preference will be given to those who already worked on Ecommerce sites remotely. The right candidate will be confident in handling client relationships, coordinating teams, and delivering results.

Pay: Rs1, Rs5,000.00 per hour
