Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Technical Support, located in Lahore. The Project Manager Technical Support will be responsible for managing technical support operations, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with development teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Managed IT Services projects including IT

infrastructure rollouts, cloud migrations, service desk transitions, and cybersecurity

implementations.

Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success

metrics.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource

allocations.

Manage internal technical teams, third-party vendors, and partners to ensure seamless

service delivery.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation

plans.

Ensure projects adhere to IT governance, compliance, and security standards.

Conduct regular status meetings, providing progress reports to internal leadership and

client stakeholders.

Support change management, training, and adoption of new IT services and platforms.

Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices in project management

methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Foster strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and support long-term

partnerships.

Required Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related

field.


• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally within a Managed IT Services or IT

outsourcing environment.


• Strong understanding of:

o IT infrastructure (servers, networking, endpoints)

o Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid)

o IT service management (ITSM frameworks such as ITIL)

o Cybersecurity practices and tools


• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow PPM, or equivalent).
