Senior Pastry Chef

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Chef with expertise in creating a wide range of desserts and cakes. The ideal candidate must be creative, confident, and presentable, with the ability to conduct professional baking classes for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Innovate and introduce new recipes and creative presentation styles.
• Conduct baking and pastry classes in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

Requirements:

• At least 8–10 years of professional experience in pastry and dessert making.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert trends.
• Confidence and excellent communication skills for conducting classes.
• Presentable personality with leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity.
