  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with admission management systems/CRM.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Professional attitude with strong ethics and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, and fee structures.
  • Manage application forms, documents, and admission records.
  • Coordinate with academic departments regarding admissions and enrollment updates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, or orientation sessions as needed.
  • Assist in admission campaigns, seminars, and open-house events.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
