Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage targeted Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROI.
  • Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to execute marketing strategies and project deliverables on schedule.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Coordinate project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication between team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, marketing tools, and platform updates to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable to evolving tools and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
