We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer with a strong command over Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) to join our development team. The candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles. Must be proficient in microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using Spring Framework.

Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver complete solutions.

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of engineering best practices.

Work with databases, caching mechanisms, and messaging queues (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ).

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

4–5 years of experience in backend development using Spring Boot / Spring MVC

Strong knowledge of Java and OOP concepts

Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs

Proven experience in microservices architecture (required)

Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Good understanding of security principles and performance tuning

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
