We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Junior Graphic Designer
to join our team. In this role, you will create visually appealing and engaging graphics that promote female well-being, hospital management services, and recruitment efforts. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop design assets for social media posts, website banners, promotional materials, and other visual content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and an understanding of creating content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Social Media Posts
    : Create visually engaging social media content focused on female well-being, hospital management, and recruitment, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

  • Visual Content Creation
    : Design a variety of graphics, including infographics, flyers, digital ads, banners, and posters related to health, well-being, job postings, and hospital-related services.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team
    : Work with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and create designs that effectively communicate key messages related to well-being, healthcare services, and recruitment.

  • Ensure Consistent Branding
    : Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design deliverables, ensuring the visual style is cohesive across platforms and formats.

  • Research and Trend Awareness
    : Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, especially within the wellness, healthcare, and recruitment industries.

  • Adaptability
    : Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Design Software
    : Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design tools.
  • Portfolio:
    A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in healthcare, wellness, or similar fields.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail
    : Ability to develop fresh and innovative design ideas while paying attention to detail in every project.
  • Communication Skills
    : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and understand design requirements.
  • Time Management
    : Ability to prioritize and manage multiple design tasks with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing content related to health, wellness, or recruitment.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with video editing or animation for social media is a plus.
